We would be happy to answer your enquiries about our London 2012 Olympic rates for the period between Friday 27th July and 12th August 2012.

Minimum stay 2 nights or additional fee of £10 for any single night reservation.

  • Deposit: One night's charge per room, non-refundable, will be required once a reservation has been confirmed payable to Bay Tree House. There are no extra taxes or surcharges.
  • Cancellation policy: We ask that you please give us as much warning as possible so that we can try to let the room. However, if you cancel with less than 7 days notice we would be grateful if you could let us have 50% of the total cost by cheque payable to Bay Tree House at your earliest convenience.
